Fizel is the best !: Fizel Jabbar has been my personal stylist for the past 13 years. He and his staff always provide a professional and very fun atmosphere and his new location is the most beautiful, originally designed hair salon I have ever seen.
I highly recommend Special Effects for anyone (woman or man) requiring any type of service required for their hair. They do it all!
Suggestion: Walk ins are welcome, however I would call ahead, because it often gets busy and there can be a considerable wait time.
